My husband and I met Jane through mutual friends who live at Smith Mountain Lake. We were looking for lake front lake front property in which to invest. We had limited time and Jane was able to familiarize us with the layout of the lake and was able to determine quickly the best locations for us to look. We made two day trips to SML to visit the available properties on the market as well as enjoy the beautiful scenery. It was actually a very fun experience!
